In the mountains above Champéry Off we go to hike thru the green hills above Champéry 20 minutes to Chaux Palin, a small restaurant in the hills The hills are alive with the sound of music - cow bells Chaux Palin - outdoor tables or indoor restaurant (but rustic) Climbing higher into the mountains and it's getting cloudy Lac Vert - just as we arrive here wind, rain and hail came down On our way back down we passed this small house The rain didn't last long and sure makes for nice wildflowers The main stree in Champéry, checking out the creperies Campery train station - it was raining as we were leaving
